A lesbian couple have accused security guards at a baseball game of ejecting them from the stadium because they were kissing.
Mary Kate Morris and Nicole Marchetto are considering legal action after they were allegedly told to 'stop making a scene' as they kissed while waiting for their orders at a concession stand in Baltimore on September 26.
The couple had used the half time break at the Baltimore Ravens vs Cleveland Browns game to visit the restroom and buy food and beer.
While waiting in the queue for their food, they were engaged in 'casual kissing', as Miss Marchetto described it.
