Christine O'Donnell, the defeated Republican candidate for the Senate in Delaware and a Tea Party favorite, on Wednesday dismissed a report that prosecutors and the FBI are investigating her for alleged misuse of campaign funds.
"Let us be clear. There was no impermissible use of campaign funds. Period," O'Donnell's campaign manager Matt Moran said in a statement.
Moran said the campaign had heard nothing beyond the "same unsubstantiated allegations and rumors that have been circulating in the press for months."

"We've been warned by multiple high-ranking Democrat insiders that the Delaware Democrat and Republican political establishment is jointly planning to pull out all the stops to ensure I would never again upset the apple cart."

Christine O'Donnell, the defeated Republican candidate for the Senate in Delaware and a Tea Party favorite, if anything, is proof that anybody can run for elected office in the US. She is also living proof, that voters are stupid and capable of voting for any candidate in the US. O'Donnell is not being picked on, how many campaign fund managers quit during her campaign (5), and did not want to be responsible, for her lack of responsibility, in following the laws, and some even turned her in when they quit, She is not being picked on, just being held responsible, for her possible for her illegal acts, like any other citizen should be.

Christine O'Donnell = egomaniac. No one else seems to think she is worth even a footnote in history.

This chick is a friggin' loon. As an American, she's an embarrassment.
However, not as big an embarrassment as say a 10-term Senator censured for corruption and misuse of his office....one who committed tax fraud for 17 years and was the head of the Ways and Means Committee...
Just sayin'

I am not endorsing anyone who is doing anything illegal while in office. But his constituants did re-elect him. Remind me, didn't the whining 'witch' get defeated by double digits?

I'd take the fact that his constituents kept re-electing him as definitive proof of shared ethical values....in short, crooks and thieves have a crooked thief represent them.
I am absolutely a firm believer that we, as Americans...for all our whining about how corrupt our government is...have EXACTLY the government we deserve. If our collective values were better, our government would be better. The problem is not our politicians...the problem is "us".

the problem is "us".
you are probably right with that, when folks quit being one issue voters and start looking for the complete package of a person to represent them, then we might see progress in the direction of good government. the overall needs of the people have to come first, not the pocket-book of the politician.

Agree with both of you. While all of America is part of the problem, no one wants to sacrifice any of their"creature comforts", to be part of the solution.

I'll second that, when did we become the country of what's mine is mine and go f%&k yourself. It seems the only thing we have pride in is our ability to make war. We try and be the good guy through itmidation.

That is the "Golden Parachute" way of life. "What's your is mine".

I don't think it's the establishment that is out to get her, it is the mice with human brains that scientists created that are!

Well, if there was no mis-use of funds open your books and prove it. When you want to be part of the Establishment then you are not anti-establishment, you are a 'wanna' be establishment person.
The voters said no thank you Christine.

I cant believe she is blaming everyone from the Vice pres to Soros to disgruntled ex staffers that from what I myself would understand that if you didn't do it her way your gone!! Christine try just try to take the blame yourself America would no doubt find you a little more truthful.

I think she needs to put her big girl pants on and suck it up. If she did something wrong own up to it, make it right, take your punishment and move on. She only has herself to blame.
O'Donnell has no job, except running for Senate 3 consecutive times- thus giving her some credibility. She will end up writing a book, becoming a TV pundit, and making oodles of money like Sarah Palin.
