What do you think, is the bible a fascinating book of myth and legend or is it the inspired work of God?

Do you think that all of it is true? Some of it is true? Or is it a bunch of fairy tales with some distorted historical truths littered about?

I think that it is a mix of fact and fiction, of history and religion. What say you?
