A 17-year-old girl has been jailed for more than a week now to ensure she testifies against an ex-convict accused of abducting and raping her.

The unidentified Sacramento teen has been held on a material witness warrant to guarantee her presence at the trial of Frank William Rackley, who is accused of three counts or rape, scheduled to begin on April 23.

Rackley, who weighs more than 200 pounds and bears a swastika tattoo on his chest, is charged with raping the girl in his pickup in July. Prosecutors say a rape examination found Rackley's DNA.
