Peter joins the Tea Party to get rid of the annoying government, only to find the "grassroots" organization run by his billionaire father-in-law Cater Pewterschmidt for his own evil ends. (SPOILER ALERT: After dispensing with their local government and the ensuing chaos the residents of Quahog invent a new system which looks strangely familiar to their old one.)
