Ever since the Kenyan Socialist was secretly elected president by William Ayers and the New Black Panthers, the Republican Party decided that not only weren’t they going to behave like the legislators they were bought elected to be, but they weren’t going to give Barack Obama an ounce of breathing room. Their plan wasn’t some diabolical scheme drawn out in baby’s blood in the CIA executive Suites by Dick Cheney and Karl Rove, but  rather a simple plan that involved screaming, “No!” at every opportunity to lift America out of its protracted recession. Further, to play political gamesmanship with not only the economy, but every single hard-working American as well. In order to achieve this hideously un-American and gross dereliction of duty, they were going to have to completely neuter President Obama so as to ensure that all of the country’s ails, though largely caused and exacerbated by them, would be placed in the hands of President Obama come reelection time. After all, it was Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (the least lovable albino turtle) who publicly declared, after President Obama’s decisive 2008 victory, that the chief priority of Republicans was to make sure the President fails and becomes a one term president.  Well, it looks like the Democrats finally realized that their spines can be used for more things than just something for Republican to walk on; they are fighting back and calling their Republican counterparts out on the flagrant brinksmanship we have all come to know.
