So as a Brit that has the enjoyable right to free health care at the point of delivery, where health care is seen as a fundamental part of being a free, inclusive and fair society the out pouring of faux outrage today has been mildly amusing to say the least. 

Universal health care is next!  It rocks.

So to today we have had:

It’s all the mainstream conservatives fault…..if they had just listened to the right wing loons this would never have happened!  - can anyone say Beck!!!

Freedom is knowing that if you get diagnosed with a serious disease  they have to treat you.  They have to fund it and they cannot destroy your credit rating and steal your house through ill fate and ill health.  That is Universal health care.  You are not there yet.
