Last week, a lawmaker in Spain was forced to resign after saying, “Laws are like women — they are there to be raped.” Not to be outdone by a European counterpart, Wisconsin State Representative and Paul Ryan supporter, Roger Rivard said “some girls, they rape so easy,” when talking about a rape case involving a 17-year-old boy and an underaged girl.

Of course, Rivard says the words are taken out of context and he was quoting his father. He meant to say, “some girls, they (cry) rape so easy,” if they get pregnant.
