Addressing those gathered for the Federalist Society’s annual conference yesterday, Texas’ Senator-elect Ted Cruz shared that he’s sure “Mitt Romney actually French-kissed Barack Obama” as the former Republican nominee had gotten “too close” to the President during their final debate.

According to Politico, Cruz contrasted that third debate against the two candidates’ first, when Romney made, as Cruz sees it, a real conservative case for voters rather than moving closer to Obama’s or presenting more centrist ideas that “don’t work:”
